Dynamically access a closed workbook using Formula

    Hello,

Is there a way to dynamically refer to a closed workbook and access data? For example closed workbook name is A09092021 and sheet name is BMHS. I want to access cell A2 on that sheet. However, tomorrow the workbook name will change to A09102021 but sheet name will remain the same.

    Thanks!

Google 'pull' function. It is an add on function I found years ago. You can use 'indirect' but you have to have the spreadsheets open for it to work.
