Return a cell based on a defined array and indexed number

Hi,
In the attached spreadsheet, on the calculation tab, in column 'F' i want to return the name of any existing alarms for that time period and that inverter name

Referring to the data tab, each inverter (i.e Childers - Inverter 01.1) has 59 types of alarms. An alarm is activated if the cell contains '1'

So on the calculation tab, column 'F', for Childers - Inverter 01.1, I'd like to return the name of any active alarm. I'll repeat the same for other 39 inverters

I don't know how to do it as there are two search criteria
1st to define the array which needs to contain the inverter text (Childers - Inverter 01.1),
2nd return all the alarms flagged '1' containing that inverter name.

For inverter Childers - Inverter 01.1, there are no alarms until time period 13/08/2021 13:30

At this point, I'd like cell "F220" to return the names of the active alarms "Childers - Inverter 01.1 - ALARM C2 - MANUAL STOP"
