You seem to be implying that cells in a column need to be populated with pre-defined values from a drop down.
If so why not just use the simple Data Validation drop down, and use the List option to specify the range name of the relevant list of permitted choices. A form for this is not necessary.

Mission statement; Promote the use of Tables, Outlaw the use of 'merged cells' and 'RowSource'.
The reason I want a Data Entry form with a drop-down list option is that we have to keep going back and forth across each column and line cell to populate information whereas having one solid data entry form will eliminate going across the columns.
I'd like to add a Combo box to my data entry form - can anyone assist, please...

upload your workbook - nobody is likely to assist without some sort of basis to start from.
