Generate result with spill formula

Hi, attached a file with the source data.

Column B and the matrix in columns C to L are set up in a way that they can be referenced with the #-operator.

The values in the output column N are the desired results.
I want to get the same results but with a single formula only (rather than the formula provided that has to be dragged down), input in cell N2 that spills until row 11.

Appreciate if someone can provide some ideas how to construct such an expanding formula with #.
