Will you always have 3 items in column E?

Not necessarily, it could be less or more
OK. Will the items be longer than the single letters you have shown in the example?

Yes, they are full product descriptions containing spaces. The formula should take all the words before each comma
A couple of simple steps in Power Query
1. Load to PQ editor on the Data Tab-->Get and Transform-->from Range/Table
2. Highlight the columns not needed--->Remove Columns
3. Highlight comma separated data
4. Click on Split Data-->Select split to rows.
