Exclamation Missing one hour in Work rest Hour for Seafarers

I work at a Shipping Company, and i really need someones help,

I have attached the Work and rest xcel, that we are using.

For some reason when putting in the data from ex,

work hour from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 13:00 until 17:00, the total work hour will be 8 hours and the total rest hour will be 16h, this is correct, so far so good.

Not when you put in in more hour from ex 18:00-19:00, the work hour will be 9 hours, witch is correct, but the total rest hour will be 14 hours, witch dosen īt add up?!
Can some one help me find the hour missing!

    Welcome to the forum.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook. This will be a small SUBSET of your real data (desensitised) that shows the issue. I for one will NOT open .zip files - sorry.

I can barely read that, but provide a COPY of the real workbook with all but the top 10 rows deleted. Make sure that the remaining data is desensitised.
