Automate inserting required value from a table

Hi All,

I have a table in excel that lists the months along the columns and the zones along the rows. I'm trying to get it so that when the zone and month are selected from a drop down list in separate cells that the value from the table appears in a third cell shown in green. Table.PNG

I have tried using if formulas but I think the false value is tripping this method up.
I have looked into the use of a macro but I'll be honest they are a bit complicated for my level of understanding and seem incredibly complex for what appears to be simple.

I have attached an example spreadsheet of what I am trying to achieve.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
