Rank With Multiple Criteria Without Duplicates

Hello everybody!

I have attached a file as well

What I have set up is I have ranked each players assist (the assist are located in column AC) on the workbook, while sorting it by the date and team so I can get specific ranks for each team on that specific day

but the big hurdle is I don't want duplicate ranks...As you can see in Column BQ, rows 2-14 as an example.

Based on my current formula how do I get excel to rank them without repeating

I would like whoever has the highest number in Column L to be the tiebreaker if possible

I created a new rank, lets see if it is what you want.

you see how I have 3 shown 3 straight times in my example in Column BQ (rows 4,5,6), I want the answer to say 3,4,5 instead. The countif formula I have breaks down the criteria how I want it, I just want to not have any ties shown like above
