Need a function to pull certain data to a new sheet

First, a bit of housekeeping. "Google Drive" is not an Excel version. Please update your profile with the version of Excel you use. If you are using Google Sheets for the file in this thread then we need to move it to the non-Excel forum.

Your description is not detailed enough to provide a solution without having your file.

Why can't you post it here? Is it because it contains sensitive data, or because you can't get attachments to work? If it contains sensitive data remove all the data and leave one or two fake examples of data, plus an example of how you want it to look in the teacher's sheet. If you can't get attachments to work, see my note below.

In particular:

"pull that information into Mrs. Nields' sheet" Pull what information? Be specific as to where this data comes from (if you write "etc" you are not being specific enough)
Where is the teacher's name on the first sheet?
On Mrs. Nield's sheet, how do we know it it Mrs. Nield's sheet? How is the data arranged on this sheet?

We could go back and forth asking and answering questions but really the best option is to provide a file.

The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. To attach a file:

1. Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button.
2. On the next screen scroll down and under the Attachments section click the Manage Attachments link, which will show a pop-up window.
3. Click the Choose File button to select a file to attached.
4. Click the Upload button to upload the file.
5. Then click the Close This Window button. Your file is now attached to your post.
