Formulas to Add Miles to Service Descriptions Based on Vehicle Interval Schedule

    Hi,

On the Service Tracker sheet I would like formulas to add miles to the last OD miles in column E from column D based on the selection made in the Vehicle Service Schedule sheet. For instance cell D7 has 140586 miles and cell E7 has 170586 miles which had 30000 miles added because an 'X' was selected in cell D7 on the Vehicle Interval Schedule sheet.

    Is this possible to do?

Thank you very much for your help

Since the rows are in the same order on both sheets, you can use:

    =IFERROR([@Mileage3]+INDEX('Vehicle Interval Schedule'!$C$5:$F$5,MATCH("X",'Vehicle Interval Schedule'!$C7:$F7,0)),"")

Thanks I figured out how to extend to the other columns by changing the references to the Mileage columns.

Re: Formulas to Add Miles to Service Descriptions Based on Vehicle Interval Schedule

I ran into issues with sorting so the formulas changed and are not adding the correct amount of miles per service intervals.

Can someone please see if this can be accomplished now?
