predict vehicle service, report if car is above or below lease schedule

Hi,

Attached is a visual spreadsheet for middle and upper management to see how the fleet is preforming.

I think the graphs work well but what I would like to do is summaries the vehicles by region(South, North, NorthWest)
Display the car rego, current km's, if the car is more than 3,000km above or below it schedule and possibly predict when the next service will be due.
Maybe even display it on the graph, if that is at all possible.

Kind of at a stand still, just wondering if you can have a look and offer some advise.

I have googled my heart out and can not find anything, apart from something manual

Sometimes they slip through the cracks and we dont see them, sorry

Where would you want this summary, and what would you want it to look like? (perhaps put something together, and maybe add some manually entered answers?)

Sorry FDibbins, I didn't want to bump it to early.

In regards to display.

For the below and above the 3,000km's, maybe display it on a separate sheet x 3(each region, like the graphs), then if a car gets moved on the DATA sheet, it wont matter.

In regards to the prediction of servicing, on the graph would be nice. But not necessary at this stage.
