Conditional Formatting using AND not working properly

    Hello world!

I am trying to get conditional formatting to work in column B based on what is in both column B and column D but it is not working.

There are headers in row 1. Column B are categories (Reportable 1, Reportable 2, Minor 1, and Minor 2). Column D is a date. If column B is one of the 'Reportable' categories and column D is greater than 60 days, the cell should highlight.

The formula is =AND($d2<=TODAY()+60,$b2="Reportable*") but it is not working. I attached a spreadsheet with the conditional formatting. Please ignore the conditional formatting in column D: that is for something else and is working properly.

    Please help

Thanks so much for the speedy suggestion! That highlighted all of the 'Reportable' ones, not just the ones that were over 60 days.

On your sample all the dates are less than 2 months from now.
If you mean it should be 60 days old then use Today()-60
