I need help! (Formulas working different on different computers)

I'm attempting to make a spreadsheet that will allow employees to search a city and in real time, see the nearest offices. The problem is everyone is seeing it differently. We are all running identical computers on the exact same software, and all have the same versions of Excel. When I (and most employees) type in the name of a city using the "Enter City" area, it works perfectly. For some people, they cannot see real time what they are typing in the search box. For others, it brings back a NAME error, and will not allow any undoing to bring it back what it originally looked like. I am not great at excel, but what can I do so it works the same for everyone?
ALSO- longshot, but with the search result function, it shows a URL wording. My data point it's pulling from (page 2) has URL's you can click on. Is there any way to make the search results have a clickable URL?

Additional comment-- I work with lots of people who aren't good with technology so ease of use is important!

Your profile is clearly marked as 2019 , but the formula in your attachment is only available in the 365 or 2021 OFFICE version

Please update your OFFICE VERSION to 365

Sorry- I just checked and we're all running Office 365. I'm new to Excel so honestly just assumed.

I tried updating the A5 formula, but it is bringing up a #CALC! error when I try to search for a city.
