Convert Bank Statement to a Check Register Type Format?

I have as an example a May bank statement and was trying to figure out what to do to make the balance on each line change whenever there is a withdrawal, deposit or nothing at all. I have watched a lot of youtube videos and applied different formulas but nothing seems to work. Maybe it's because all the data is already on the statement or that the starting balance which is 3-01-2022 is calculating from the bottom up to the top? This seems pretty simple, but I just don't know what I am doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

If you mean how to calculate the balance per line , then see attached,

In column D:
=D2+B3-C3

Yeah, I did this also, but my starting balance was on D47, it gave me a #REF error when I tried copying the formula to the above boxes.
