xlookup multiple criteria #Value!

Good afternoon

This is the first time I am using xlookup multiple criteria

I was able to get xlookup working when using all the data and results on the same sheet when I tried to get information from 2 different sheets excel is showing #VALUE! error

I am not sure why the information is not working when I add a 2nd sheet any help would be great

I have attached a sample file

Sheet Planning cell J3 is formula that is giving error Cells J5,J6,J7 are sample results

Sheet Customerset Ti-Hi cell L5,L6,L7 are working formualas
