have you tried the clean function? Say it is in cell A1, then in another empty cell put =CLEAN(A1)
The other thing is that if you can see them, you can try to copy them (as you've highlighted them in yellow) then open find and replace, find what >> paste the symbol there, then replace with >> leave empty, hit replace all and see if that cleans them up.
