Formatting to 0, 1 or max 2 decimal places

    Hi there,

I don't know why this is so difficult! After a good hour of searching and testing I still can't get the result I am looking for.

    Here is my number set:

    36
    4.643
    74.2
    56.758
    9.03734
    5.5
    18

I would like the numbers to be formatted (not rounded in the formula) to 0, 1 or a max of 2 decimal places. Here is the desired result:

    36
    4.63
    74.2
    56.76
    9.04
    5.5
    18

I suspect this will be 3 separate conditional formatting rules.

    Thanks in advance,

    Danny

How does this differ from your previous thread on the SAME topic?

You have not acknowledged the help you received there.

Until you comment on the help ALREADY offered in your other thread AND you convince me that this is NOT a duplicate thread...

NO HELP to be offered. You can, of course, continue in your original thread.

Edit. The question is identical. This thread is now closed.

Please respond to help received in your DUPLICATE thread. If the answers do not meet your requirement, SAY SO in THAT thread.
