Percentiles With 1 Criteria Needing To Be Met

Hi, Im running into an issue where I have a bunch of basketball players with codes (dont focus too much on this, the codes just represent different days of the year, so 1 player will be listed multiple times with different codes)

and I also have points scored on those dates (located in column c) Im trying to figure out how to display what percentile the amount of points he scored on that date falls in line with everybody else with that same code/date (located in column b)

Please provide a smaller sample dataset (no more than 100 rows of representative data). To this, please add at least 10-15 rows of expected results, mocked up manually.
