    Formua to extract data

    I have data in Col A.

    I am looking for a formula to extract data after the second space to the right and before the dash (-)

    I have manually extract the data in Col B , so you can see what I am triying to achieve


    It would be appreciated if someone could kindly assist me

    One way:

    =TRIM(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(LEFT(A1,FIND(" - ",A1)-1)," ",REPT(" ",99),2),98))

    Make sure that calculations are set to automatic on the Formulas ribbon.

    Use the EVALUATE FORMULA option on the Formulas ribbon to step through it - you will see that this inserts 99 blanks in place of the second blank in the text string, and by doing this, we can isolate the last 98 characters knowing that they will contain nothing that we don't want. We then TRIM away the leading spaces that are left.
