I have a formula I want to return a singular value in one row (AI), not in other rows in numerical order based on what order they're listed. (See image below) I have a bunch of different programs listed I'm trying to filter on a per patient basis. I also tried copying the spilled values onto another sheet and selecting blanks to combine into one row but excel thinks the "blanks" aren't actually blank. Is there a workaround for this?

We can tell nothing from a from a picture of an excel sheet and a formula that we cannot see in context.
1. Read the yellow banner (top) and attach a small sample sheet showing the problem.
2. Also, delete the values in column AL which prevent the formula from spilling out. what happens?
