Need a formula for comma seperated values with special case...

I need a formula when putting into cell (b2) automatically converted to comma seperated values as such that "all zeros of that integer attach to the left non zero values and also that comma putted into between non zeros values too"...
Like for examples:
60606060 converted to 60,60,60,60
450045004500 converted to 4,500,4,500,4,500
112450230560 converted to 1,1,2,4,50,2,30,5,60
101001000123 converted to 10,100,1000,1,2,3
and then further these required comma seperated vaues be putted into separate cells. Thanks
