Payroll Template

Hello

I need some help with this template. The instructions are on the tab 'Instructions'. I am not sure about the tab 'Instructor and Location Payrate' I am not bringing in the locations on the 'Location' pull down. I do see that Data Validation is $Z$2, but nothing is displayed there.
Can anyone take a look and see why the location is named: Asbury Park? If this location is displayed then go to the tab 'Instructor Summary', refresh the PivotTable and I will see displayed totals.

If this helps, I think this vlookup is not correct in columns X, Y & Z. The column 'Z' should have some dollar values in it.
