Hyperlink to work in formula

I have a VLOOKUP that pulls a company's website if agency name is selected in B3. How could I make the lookup value (E3) as a hyperlink?

"Esperantza" selection link doesn't redirect me correctly. Do you know why that is?

Some of your URLs have the https:// prefix and some don't. The ones without it won't work. You can add to all of them, or remove it and then put in into the formula.
