I have applied a UNIQUE FILTER formula in the cell E6 (tab SUMMARY) of the attached sheet. The formula looks for unique values in a column in the other tab.
The formula is not returning all the unique values but shows only the first unique value when the file is opened.
Can you please help what wrong is going on here?

Just remove the curly braces around your formula, they are not needed in O365 ( formulas are array by default)
I think it is because you have entered it as an array formula but in 365 you only need to press ENTER and not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER
If things don't change they stay the same
