    COUNTIFS off of a pivot slicer - bad results

    Hi,

    I have a formula stats table to the right of my pivot.

    Below, the pivot slicer has all reps selected. I am looking at Mike specifically. At an unfiltered slicer stage, Mike's results are correct per below

    However, if you filter to Mike on the Slicer, the results are wrong - image below. I am wondering why that is and if there is another formula to use instead of COUNTIFS?

    I did not find a solution that worked for me. I decided to not use the pivot table and instead build a normal stats table off the data elsewhere. Therefore, this problem is solved as I no longer need this request.
