Need help creating a table which displays data based on two variables.

I am doing an example project for my fathers company and need help creating a formula for a table. I will attach a screenshot of the information required. The RED arrow points towards two data validation lists containing 4 variables each. While the BLUE arrow points towards the final value. The second screenshot attached shows the table format into which the values should be placed. For example the top left hand corner of the table should show the value of the BLUE ARROW number when the RED arrow numbers are 90% and -10%. Spreadsheet 1.jpg Spreadsheet 2.jpg
