Need to return A value if all instances are A, but if there is one B in the data, return B

My apologies I'm a bit new to this.

The data I have has is SKUs that has hundreds of 6-7 digit item numbers with an alpha suffixes. I'm have the numeric root separated in its own column as I need to sum the financial data across all of the suffixes.

What I need to do is return whether or not the project is "active" based on stock status. These are InStock, PreOrder & SoldOut.

If ANY sub-SKU with a suffix within that numeric root has an InStock or PreOrder it would be considered "active", even if there were multiple sub-SKUs SoldOut.

The only circumstance in which SoldOut would be returned is if ALL instances = SoldOUt.

I'm kinda stuck trying to wrap my head around how to set this up.... Attached a simplified version of what I'm trying to do if that helps.

    Any help would be appreciated!
