Formula result dropping ending zero

Hi.

I have a formula that is combining 2 cells with one of the cells being a number with 2 decimal places. (The purpose is to link that cell to a textbox that includes the user's chosen currency symbol.)

It works fine if the last digit is not a zero. If the number is 5.80, the formula results in 5.8.

I have tried changing the format of the cell to Text, Currency, Number, and General, but all still result in dropping the ending zero.

I have tried 2 different formulas and get the same answer.

Thank you! I moved the "#.00" to the end of the TEXT formula and it worked. The DECIMAL formula did not work for me.
