Link cell from one sheet to another, but it's dropping the ending zeroes

I have a dollar amount in B4 ($1.50) and B5 ($0.40).

I want it to automatically populate another sheet, but it's dropping the zeroes.

I want the ending text to say:

"Student Lunch $1.50 Reduced Price $0.40"

But it's saying:

"Student Lunch $1.5 Reduced Price $0.4"

My formula is: ="Student Lunch $"&Home!B4&" Reduced Price $"&Home!B5
