Conditional formatting, highlight cells based on time

Hi, I cant seem to figure out the conditional formatting for time. I am trying to figure out how to highlight cells that are 4 hours even or less a specific color and any time greater than 4 hours another color. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is more than one way. Here is one: Create two conditional formatting rules using a formula. In this example, A1 is the cell in the upper-left corner of the range of cells you want to format.

    4 hours or less
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    greater than 4 hours

If this is not clear then attach a sample file and I can update your file to demonstrate.

Here is the problem. The range you are formatting is $D$7:$D$38 but you used D1 in the formula. You have to use D7 in the formula because that is the upper-left corner of the range of cells you want to format.
