Separating Auto-Updated Data into Categories on other Table

    Hi there,

I'm trying to separate data that auto-updating based on other data. The data i'm trying to separate is in the yellow box, and i'm looking for a result like in the blue box.
    Screenshot 2023-07-07 101346.png

The problem is, that the yellow box is being updated and the data is added, and i need the blue box to be updated too. Just like shown on the image below.
    Screenshot 2023-07-07 102230.png

Note: The yellow box update may add a new Team Name (Column B) and add new Location (Column C) every minute.
On the attachment, the data is on Sheet 1 with the update on Sheet 2.

    Test 1.xlsx

Is there any formula that can help with this? Thank you.
    Glenn

Re: Separating Auto-Updated Data into Categories on other Table

So, just so that you know, I spent a good hour of my own time on this today. The least you could have done when you logged in and looked at the solution was say "Thank you" - it's just commen courtesy.

As you couldn't be bothered even to do that, I shan't help any further with this - sorry. The help you get here is for FREE - do NOT take us for granted (we are human beings, NOT chat bots).

If that takes care of your original question, please choose Thread Tools from the menu link above and mark this thread as SOLVED.

Also, if you have not already done so, you may not be aware that you can thank anyone who offered you help towards a solution for your issue by clicking the small star icon (* Add Reputation) located in the lower left corner of the post in which the help was given. By doing so you can add to the reputation(s) of all those who offered help.

    Hi AliGW,

Thank you so much for the formula. It works amazingly just as I needed.

Ahem! You were at your desk looking at the solution offered before you were away from your desk.
