Bonus Distribution to workers. Need to add reductions back into total distribution.

Trying to make a spread sheet that calculates a bonus distribution. In this example I have 18 workers splitting a Distribution of $50,000. 25% is evenly split and 75% is based on the amount of work units performed.
The issue comes in that I have several people that only get a 50% distribution reduction and the amount reduced needs to back into the pool so the total is still $50,000. Everytime I try to make this work I get a circular reasoning error.
As alwys any help is appreciated.

    Sample file attached

    Thank you,
    Stuart

With regard to the 75% bonus based on the amount of work units:

Is it the intention that part-timers also receive half of a full-timer per work unit.

If so, then a part-timer who works just as hard as a full-timer,
but because of the part-time, half produces, eventually receives a quarter of a full-timer.

    Did I understand that correctly?

It is just an example I used to make the point. And yes it does sound punitive to someone working twice as hard. In the real world the distribution reduction is due to not performing other requirements

Skip the first step. And count the 4 part-timers for 50%, so you have 16 employees instead of 18.
If they also receive half per work unit (which I wouldn't think is fair), then halve their production as well.
Both steps have been performed in the accompanying sheet.

The intention you have indicated in your own worksheet has now been achieved.
A part-timer who produces as much in total as a full-timer receives exactly half.

See worker 1 and 2 who both produce 2800 pieces.
The full-timer will receive a total bonus of $2,000, the part-timer will receive a $1,000 bonus.

Appreciate the logic in your answer. It does work. And to be clear the wording in the example has nothiong to do with real life. If your job is to do A and B and you did not do B you get a reduced distribution.
