attendance problem and working across multiple worksheets

    Hi everyone,

I have this problem where I have to mark the attendance of my participants. There are 3 groups (Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3) and each group has their own worksheet.

The problem starts from group 1.

When I mark the attendance for a particular day, I put a "y" (for attended) and "n" (for not attended).

For those who have a "n" next to their name, I have a column next to it called "move1" where I want to put the group number eg 2 or 3 so that the details of that participant transfers over to that group worksheet.

To give you an example this is a snapshot of my Group 1 attendance.

As you can see I have 3 "n"s next to participant C1,E1 and F1. I want to transfer all the information from the participant i.e participant name, email, school and the day where there was an "n" to the group from the move1 column.

The result will appear in Group 2 worksheet and it will look like this.

So far my solution simply moves the participant to the next group and does not move them to a desired group of my choice. So I'm not able to move a participant from group 1 to group 3.

Any advice on how on how i can achieve this will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @windknife,

Thank you for your response, but is it possible to incorporate the same solution for say move2 column.

    Something like this
