build range reference from content of multiple cells

hello everyone,

I have a function that works in a cell (let's say A1):
= VALUE('DIS-RT'!D20)
I want that the text "DIS-RT" to be in cell C1, "D" in cell H1, and "20" in cell K1.

In such a way that cell A1 would now be composed of "=VALUE(' & C1 & ...."
