Conditional formatting - turn blank cell yellow and when text entered blank on

Hi.
I need assistance please. I need rules for my table on the following conditions:

1. If data/text is entered in A2, B - E 2 turns yellow to indicate outstanding information. When data is entered,it turns blank.

2. If A2 has no data. No formatting
