My IF function is 99% complete

Hello my dear fellow friends,

I hope you are all doing well.

I am doing a project at school regarding a worksheet in excel. I am 99% done with the project, and it all lands on the following IF function:

=IF(X9="Y",Y9*(IF(Z9="LP",L9,M9)),IF(OR(P9="N",V9="Y"),0,IF($F$4="SP",M9*IF(O9="Software",$F$3,$F$1),L9*IF(O9="Software",$F$3,$F$1))))

I have attached the sheet. However, the issue I have, if you look at above function, in bold, and then look at my attached sheet, cell F2, if it says "Yes" in Cell F2, then the above formula, in Bold is very relevant. However, if Cell F2 says "No" or is just "blank" then the calulcation, in cell Q9 should only be calculated on the rate present cell F1, 8%.
