Problem:
I have a fishing league sheet which records weights (pound & ounces) plus points achieved for each date.
Highest three points through eight dates are eliminated. Points collected AH-AO, highest three AQ-AS summed in DROPS.
Need help or advice how to remove the weight (Pounds & Ounces) related to the highest three points in columns AQ-AS.
Further complication is that if two values in AQ-AS are equal the lowest weight related to these values the lower weight would be removed.
Final league sorting criteria to be Points number, Section wins, Total weight after dropped weights removed.
Am currently removing data manually, automation help would be appreciated.

Although an Excel user for many years am a complete novice when attempting to develop.
Updated profile and using Excel 2021.
Criteria for league position:
Total points (after "drops" removed)
If two or more have same points decided by number of "1" points achieved.
If both the above remain equal then decider would be total weight achieved (after corresponding drop linked weights are removed).
