Copying data from one sheet to another

I have two sheets of data. And would like to copy the values of D:AC on Sheet2 to M:AL on Sheet1 to corresponding values.
I'm thinking of using index&match, as J on Sheet1 and C on Sheet2 are almost matching values. Tho not sure yet what the formula should be...

So would appreciate any help with that.

Please provide a SMALL (10-20 rows maximum) sample set of data with expected results mocked up manually.

Your workbook has far too much data in it to allow for easy testing AND you provided NO signposting within it whatsoever.

I get a #N/A error with that part

Tho it refers to a correct array in the modified worksheet. Maybe it's because some rows don't start the same as the first ones.


EDIT: Added file.

There is no data in columns D:AC on Sheet2 other than the column headers.
There are no manually typed expected results in columns M:AL on Sheet1 either.
It might be easier to help if we knew what the results of the formulas/code should be.
