Converting static spreadsheet to pivot

ORIGINAL POST I have done this a lot in the past, but trying to match the output data to the current format in this particular spreadsheet is more complex than any others I have done. I have started with a Data tab and a source tab. The data tab refers to the source tab for some information using XLookups. From there I have created columns for all of the data that would wind up on the output sheet. I attempted using Pivots and tabular form as well as some other design features, but I run into a few walls converting the data into the format I need it to match. I imagine it is going to involve a lot of lookups and possibly macros.


UPDATE: I am going to continue performing this task manually. No further assistance needed.

You have attached two files. One with two sheets and one with five.

You have NOT told us:

where to find the raw data
Where to find the expected results (calculated manually).

You know what you're looking at. We don't. But we do need a LOT more information from you to even BEGIN to know where to start.

I cannot see the expected answers that correspond to raw data for Truck 678 or 679.

Therefore I have no idea what is supposed to go where.

Without a decent explanation and expected answers, this is imposssible to figure out.

If you want anyone to help... cut your sample back to ONE file. TWO trucks and 3 days worth of data for BOTH trucks.

Include expected answers.
