What is the best formula to get an input of date based on BD

I am working on a work project and trying to revamp our calendar task to make it more efficient for each month/qtr end close.
Is there a formula that can give me the date output if the business day is (-2) in row 40 of the attached file. Does anyone have a more efficient way of updating the business day column by automation?

    I don't understand your request.

What do you expect to see?
Where do you expect to see it?
How would you calculate the result manually?

Alsoe you have not confirmed/updated your Excel product.

Don't forget you KNOW what you're looking at. We don't. Therefore we need a detailed description... not a few cryptic words.
