I have two columns of text that will contain job roles. I want to apply a conditional format that will make the second column have red coloured shading if it does not contain the same job role as the first column. To do this I am using the formula =B1<>A1
As column B will be populated over time, the formatting needs to be blank until the cell has an entry. In my example attached I want B2 to not have red shading. Is there a way to add something to the formula to exclude the conditional formatting if the cell in column B is empty?
Thank you
