Help with Formulas to populate a Calendar

    Hi All,

I am working on a Calendar for pulling data from several tabs and am hoping that I can get some ideas on how to start. I have a tab named "Timeline Calendar" that has drop downs for Month and Year in cells B2:C2. For the first 2 cells below each date I have listed All Digital and All Fabric- I am hoping to pull the Total SchedTime from the matching tab based on the date for each Calendar date. I would also like to pull data (SchedTime- Column C & Job#- Column F from "Art Due from Timeline Requests to the cells below the All Digital and All Fabric, if there is a corresponding date from Column D- Ship Date. There is a password associated with this file- schedule . Any help getting started with this would be greatly appreciated!

I would like to have the Job# data in the column with All Digital and All Fabric and the SchedTime data in the column below schedTime. I must have missed adding that earlier.

    Thank you in advance,

    Adam

I have added a sample file "Kansas Scheduler Calendar Test V1 (2)". I did figure out the formula for All Digital and All Fabric for each day, just need help with the "Art Due from Timeline" data. Let me know if you need anything additional!

    Thank you,
    Adam

B8 appears to be based on "Art Due" not "Ship Date" see H8 above

Re: Help with Formulas to populate a Calendar

Thank you John! Is there a way to remove the #CALC! error when there is no value returned?

    =FILTER(Table8[Job'#],Table8[Ship Date]=F5)

    Thank you,

    Adam
