IF Function to check if x date is before y date (not working)

In the attached, I was working on my formula in column H trying to figure out why the result would always be equal to the "Invoice Amount" in column D, so I decided to simplify it and shorten it to see if the IF function was properly comparing dates. Please see column J - I cannot figure out why it's returning "no" when checking if the date in A5 is earlier than all the corresponding dates in column E. Is my formatting messed up? Thanks in advance for the help!

When I evaluated your formula in column J, the date in A5 was inside quote marks. Maybe you should enter it as 3/31/2024 and custom format it as MMM dd, yyyy. That corrected the results in column J for me.
