SUMIF _Conditioned (% of performance)

Dear forum experts and friends,


I have the following challenge:

- count amount of Groups (not members), which have SENT out a specification (column "C"=yes), however only THEN, when the total $-value (within this particular group) of specificaitons SENT equals or exceeding 50% of the total specification's value of this particular group.

Example on "Group 3": total specifications "sent" - $135 out of $323 of the whole group. Since it is LESS than 50% (135/323), => "Group 3" should not be counted for the final "sum" result.

- Important: the formulae should FULLY EXCLUDE for analysis "Group 5" - does not matter what the performance results are.

Expected result is "2".
