    Determine if digits of numbers in a column are permutations of the number at the bottom

    Hi All,

    I am looking for a formula to make this spreadsheet work easier for me.
    What I am looking for is in the attachment.

    For 099, are the cells in yellow the ones to be selected? If not, why not.

    Yes, the formula in G13 should pick any number that has the same digits, in any order. In this case it would be the
    ones highlighted.

    All the ones that I could think of are highlighted in each column.
