Need to rank daily activity based upon date, initials, and time arrived at the jobs.

I need to rank this data by tech initials, date, and arrival time. It needs to repeat for new dates and people. I have attached a sample of the data and what I expect to happen. Any help would be great.

Could you just use a pivot table and refresh? you can minimize the address or remove it if you want, but it does a total count for each day per tech, Or does each job have to be ranked?
