1. ## Help!! how can i count cells within 2 criteria in a filtered column??

I'm in trouble, at work, trying to find a formula that will count cells that fit two criteria (greater than or equal to 0 and less than and equal to 2) within a filtered column. I only want the visible cells to be counted. Help!!

2. Assuming that Column B contains the values you wish to count, try the following...

=SUMPRODUCT((SUBTOTAL(3,OFFSET(B2:B100,ROW(B2:B100)-MIN(ROW(B2:B100)),0,1)))*(B2:B100={0,1,2}))

Hope this helps!
