Making text Bold within a function

I am using the following function to mirror and combine data from three separate cells and place it in a single cell. I also have it placing a title (text) in front of this data. In this example the title text is, "Stop 1:"

    ="Stop 1: "&B23&" "&TEXT(C23,"mmmm dd, yyyy hh:mm AM/PM ")&A24

The function works fine, but I need the title "Stop 1:" to be in bold but not the rest of the data. When I try to format the title in the conventional ways, I am unable to because the bold options are "grayed out." Can anyone help me with this issue? If a command within the function line isn't possible I would be able to use a line of code in VBA with a macro if this possible.

    Thanks

Thanks olasa for the suggestions. I am still trying to figure out the code given at these links and how to get them to work. If you come across any other possible solutions, please let me know.
