    Constant Value in formula.

The below formula when viewed in 'Formula Auditor' refers to '(L4)' as a
'constant'. How do I get it to recognize it as a 'valid reference'. I am
trying to reference it from cell 'M2'.

    =IF(ISNUMBER(L4),"Good","Enter Again!")

    Please help... I'm 'bumfuzzled'!

    RE: Constant Value in formula.

The equation works for me as copied from your listing.
Does it always say "Reenter" no matter what you have in L4?
If it does, insure that it is actually a number and not a number entered as
    text.
The saying it is a constant just implies it is an entered value in L4 rather
    than an equaition
