    printing only things w quantity

is there a function to take all items that have a "quantity needed" and put those on a sheet to print? Or only print things with a number for "quantity needed"? i have a product list and the salesman will select the things they need by entering how many. i then want to print only the things they need off on one sheet and then i can have each one seperate for dif. jobs but i don't know how to do this

    Hi,

In Data, Filter, AutoFilter, select the dropdown for the required column, and choose 'Non-Blanks'

Print Preview should display items with non-blank values.

in Tools, Macro is Record Macro, the output of which you may need to check. A Shortcut Key is usually better than a button, a Menu item is better still, but te Shortcut key will usually suffice.

If you select the required columns the autoFilter will apply to each.
